Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Hydro Tactix Waterpolo Labs (the "Service"), a practice-planning tool for water polo coaches and teams. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

Coach and admin accounts are created either through self-registration or by invitation. Player accounts are always created by invitation from a coach. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

Team data

Practice plans, rosters, statistics, and tactical boards you create belong to your team. Access is restricted to the coaches and players you explicitly add to that team — we do not share one team's data with another.

Subscriptions

Coach accounts created via self-registration require an active paid subscription, billed and managed through our payment processor. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. Your payment method is charged automatically when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then. You can cancel at any time during the trial from your account Settings, at no charge.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to store or share unlawful content, attempt to access another team's data, or interfere with the normal operation of the Service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
